Our goal is to make the experience of receiving your new specialty product as easy as the shopping experience itself. The shipping rates posted for our products reflect the cost of shipping that item within the continental U.S. For shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories, please contact our Sales team. Our Free Shipping offers may not apply to customers outside the continental U.S.
In some instances, expedited shipping options such as 2-Day Air or Next-Day Air will be offered for an additional charge. If your desired shipping method is not posted online, please contact our Sales team for rates and availability.

Most of our products may be shipped outside of the United States. If a shipping method for your country is not posted online, please contact our Sales team for rates and availability.
The transit time for international shipments will vary by product and shipping method. Please note that any applicable customs, duties, or brokerage fees will be the responsibility of the recipient. We are currently unable to provide estimates of these charges.
The delivery date of your order will vary by product and shipping method. Delivery of most products within the continental U.S. will occur within seven business days of the shipment date. Unless guaranteed by the carrier, the transit time for your order serves only as an estimate.
Unfortunately, we do not yet offer gift wrap and message cards for our products.
For items that are too big to ship via FedEx or UPS, our basic service is called "White Glove - Inside Delivery." This is delivered by common carrier. This service includes delivery inside the first dry area within your house on the first floor. Usually this is your front door or side door. We will not leave your package on the street curb like many trucking lines, and you are not responsible for removing the item from the truck. You are responsible for moving the item once it is inside the first floor of your house or building. The trucking line will contact you 24 hours in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. An adult must be present to sign for delivery of these shipments.
You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of the shipment of your order, and your Order Status page will be updated with the ship date. Tracking numbers and instructions on tracking your shipment will be included when available.
