I love my rower, I am new to rowing, (old runner)
Its great for cardio upper arm strength and core.
This model gives you it all! I wanted an older version of a rower that gave you the options to move your arms in different directions and its working out great. My boys and I use it regularly, they love it and so do I.

Orbital rower works fantastic! Assembly difficulty: moderate. 5 degrees of difficulty/resistance ideal for the seasoned rower. As close to a realistic full range of motion as any machine can get. Definitely worth the investment!

- Other Than That None

Received faster than I expected. Ordered Thursday, sent out Friday, received on Wednesday.
Like others, i suggest the major parts be labeled to ensure parts aren't being put on backwards, etc. It took an hour to put together..thanks to having pictures in front of us. Make sure you have your own tools, e.g., a wrench for tightening screws (goes a lot faster. Easy to use...feels good to use..great exercise. Just starting out (used 4 times in the past 5 days); feels easier every time. Using to aid in weight loss along with food control...will report as time goes on.

I use the product for exercise 4 times a week. It is easy to use, easy to adjust, very sturdy and stable. I couldn't be more satisfied.
The only thing I didn't like was that the assembly instructions of the machine
were difficult to follow. The instructions were clear, but the individual parts were not tagged to match the instrtuctions and it was difficult to understand what went where. This caused errors in assembly which took a lot of time to correct. If the individual parts (at least the major ones) could be tagged to match the instructions, this problem would be eliminated.
Pros
- Display Rotates Values
- Outstanding Tension
- Smooth Seat Glide
- Space saving design
Cons
- Havent found one
Best Uses
- Great Resistance
- Rowing Motion Great

My prior rowing machine was at least 25 years old, I now feel like im in the 22nd century with this new model. Not only eye appealing but really gives you a great workout, a simply wonderful piece of equipment and very well made components. It has multiple parts to put together so if you are not mechanically inclined find someone who is to help put it together. Very satisfied, bravo!
Pros
- Easy to set up
- Good workout
- Small Footprint
- Very sturdy
Cons
Best Uses
- At home exercise
- Cardiovascular workout
We had not used a rower and as 66 year old non-exercizers it is harder than we thought. However is is low impact and we anticipated increasing our speed.
Pros
- Built to Last
- Glide Motion
- Great Readout Display
- High Quality
- Padded Grips
- Rowing Motion
- Well built
Cons
- Many parts
Best Uses
- Cardiovascular
- Easy Or Hard Workout
- Great Arm Strengthening
My prior rowing machine was 25 years old, none of the modern technology but yet similar. This machine has such a great design, compact, arms fold in for floor storage, takes up little actual floor space. The new read out rotates through automatically, time, calories, strokes, distance, etc., easy to read. Great tension on the pistons, you can elevate the seat for greater tension. My one negative would be, if you are not mechanically inclined be prepared to have someone available to help with assembly, many parts/pieces to combine. Great machine!
Pros
- Works Great
Cons
Best Uses
Easy assebly. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't fold up for storage.
Pros

- Great Addition To Gym
I use the rower in addition to my daily workout. It is a wonderful addition and I am now using muscle groups that I was not using before. It is quiet, smooth and sturdy. It has a good range of motion and resistance. It took some time to assemble, but once together I was rowing away!
